139 to 109. The weight difference is for reference but it’s all about how you feel! I’m starting to feel so comfortable with myself and that’s the most important. Keep striving for your goals everyone! You may not achieve them within the time frame that you expect them to, but with enough hard work YOU WILL GET THERE!
